Baileys Fertilisers Packaging
As a market leader in retail sales, Baileys needed packaging solutions that were both eye-catching andt functional. We recently redesigned the existing Baileys packaging with a view to a roll-out across the entire major product range. We designed a range of initiatives that, while individually recognisable, also combined to form a strong family. Taking the unique Baileys design flavour, we have applied the brand architecture to a large range of products across a number of container and bag styles. The result is a strong set, easily recognisable in store or warehouse, extending the promise of the great products available there.
After extensive research on new plastic material compatible with production line logistics, we recently redesigned the existing Baileys packaging with a view to a roll-out across the entire major product range.
After compiling a short list of contrasting design options, we engaged the market research team at Curtin University to road test the designs before moving forward. Using a well tried formula, the Curtin team conducted several levels of preference tests across a broad demographic audience and came up with a clear favourite.
The design that rated highest was a blend of existing traditional Baileys packaging components with bright new colours and crisp imagery relevant to function and promise.
Packaging was also designed with easy identification and warehouse logistics in mind.
The result is a smart array destined to grace the shelves of all leading garden outlets this summer and, like all things Baileys, it works!
